Extreme Crane Lube - Recommended Boom Lubricant 2021

AVG. SPRAY TIME -

300 TON Crane (40 minutes)
40 TON Crane ( 5 minutes or less)
Applies as a liquid that wont run or drip, and quickly sets up into a semi solid lubricant.

AVG. COVERAGE : Results vary depending on size of equipment and how many sections there are.

250 - 350 + TON Crane Avg. Use: 2.5-Gallons to 3-Gallons.
150 - 200 TON Crane Avg. Use: 1.5 to 2 Gallons Depending on how many telescopic sections.
60 - 100 TON Crane Avg. Use: 1 to 1.5 Gallons
20 - 50 TON Crane Avg. 1/2 gal to 1 Gallon.
Anything smaller, 1/4 to 1/2 - Gallon.

On Boom Trucks & Telehandlers, 100ft of boom will take 1 or 2 Aerosol Cans.

Bulk spray is 3 to 5 times faster to apply than Aerosol Cans.

VEVOR Pressure Pot Tank, 8gal Compressed Air Pressure Pot with Manual Mixing Agitator

This 8 gallon Heavy Duty pressure pot allows you to spray 5 gallons of Crane Lube easily by pressurizing the tank with 70 psi, eliminating the need to pump manually like traditional pump sprayers.

Connect any length of solvent proof hose to the outflow port and connect your wands to the end of the hose for the ultimate setup when spraying Crane Lube. Set pressure outflow as you see fit.

Customize the pressure pot system as desired. Some variations add quick connect couplings to the hoses and wands to quickly detach the wand from hoses for easy cleaning.

With a 20-30 ft hose added to this, you can easily spray a 40 -60 ft radius without moving the pressure pot.

Casters on the bottom allow you to move the pressure pot to any location without having to manually carry the tank.

An agitating mixing arm with blade allows you to easily stir product before use if left inside the pressure pot. NOTE: Some additional adapters are required to attach hoses and wands.

Use 2 kits or more to go from 44” to 84” long. Light weight and easier to hold with one hand while spraying.

NOTE: This does not have universal thread sizes on the wand extension rods. Doesn’t fit ¼ NPT Parts. Only use if combing the same style kits. It does have a ¼ NPT connection on the bottom of the handle to support quick couplers and other hose adapters.
