1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any signs of use or tampering may result in the rejection of the return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened containers of industrial lubricants, greases, or cleaners (e.g., Extreme Cable N' Chain Lube or Extreme Power Clean), are non-returnable due to safety and contamination concerns. Please ensure these products meet your needs before purchasing.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 710 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may occur if the product shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is returned beyond the allowed timeframe.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@extremeproductline.com or call Customer Service at 952-248-0229 to initiate the exchange process.

4. Return Shipping

  • To return your product, please contact us at info@extremeproductline.com to get assistance with proper shipping methods pertaining to your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please include photographic evidence of the damage along with your claim.

6. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to go through the return process outlined above.
